Payments

Payment Complete But Order Not Generated

If your payment was successfully completed but your order was not generated, don't worry. In most cases, the payment is either still being processed or the order creation process was temporarily interrupted.

Possible Reasons

  • Temporary network or server issue during order creation.
  • Payment confirmation was delayed by the payment gateway.
  • The checkout page was closed or refreshed before processing completed.
  • High traffic causing a delay in order generation.

What to Do

1. Wait a Few Minutes

Order creation may take a few minutes after payment confirmation. Please wait 5–10 minutes and check your account again.

2. Refresh Your Orders Page

Navigate to the Orders section and refresh the page to verify whether the order has been generated.

3. Check Your Payment Status

Review your bank statement, UPI app, card transaction history, or payment provider to confirm that the payment was successfully debited.

4. Contact Support

If the order is still not visible after 10 minutes, contact our support team with the following details:

  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Payment Method Used
  • Amount Paid
  • Date and Time of Payment
  • Registered Email Address or Account ID
  • Screenshot of the Successful Payment (if available)

Refund Information

If the payment was successful but the order could not be created, our team will verify the transaction. Depending on the verification result:

  • The order may be generated manually, or
  • The payment may be refunded according to our refund policy.
